FAQS

1. I just signed up for a subscription. Now what happens next?
When you sign up online through our secure servers your first month's payment is processed immediately. Each month thereafter and for the length of your subscription we will charge your credit card on the 2nd of the month. After receiving your subscription we will send you automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. If you notice any errors please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. Your subscription will begin with the current month's kit, unless we are sold out. If we are sold out, your subscription will begin with the following month's kit.

2. What day of the month is my credit card billed?
Subscriptions are billed each month on the 2nd except for the month you join when your credit card is charged upon joining. If you sign up for a subscription after the 2nd, your credit card will be billed soon thereafter and ship out 1-3 days after payment is received.

3. What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?
Kits are shipped on the 5th of each month, or the first business day thereafter. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your kit is sent. Please allow adequate time for your kit to ship during holidays and weekends.

4. I need to update my billing/shipping information. How do I do this?
You can contact us via e-mail at info@scrapbookmailbox.com, use our form on the Contact Us page, or call us at 1-941-920-1396. We will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible regarding your subscription. Please note that we try to keep regular business hours Monday-Friday, and if contacted on the weekend, may not be able to return your message until the following Monday. We do our best to make sure all messages are returned in a prompt manner.

5. I don't have/use a credit card. Is there another form of payment I can use to purchase a kit?
Yes! We accept Pay Pal payments.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to be able to provide our kits to members outside of the United States. At this time the shipping charge via Airmail to Canada is $10.00 and shipping to Europe is $14.00. If other charges apply, we will contact you before your kit ships.

7. Will I need to pay sales tax?
Only if you live in the state of Florida.

8. What should I do if my kit arrives in damaged condition?
We will do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. Please contact us at info@scrapbookmailbox.com within one week after receipt of your damaged kit, and we will make the necessary arrangements at no cost to you.

9. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do. A monthly scrapbook kit makes a great gift anytime of the year. Just go to our tab marked "Give a gift" and tell us what type of subscription length you would like to purchase. You have the option to be billed monthly beginning with the starting month of the membership, or to pay for the entire subscription up front. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send a card announcing your gift with the first month's kit.

10. Is my information secure and kept private?
100% Yes. Scrapbook Mailbox will not disclose any personal information collected at our web site. All information you provide is securely encrypted and protected using the latest technologies.

11. Do you provide layout ideas for each monthly kit?
Yes, each month our talented design team will create great pages, cards and other projects using our current kit. You can find all their ideas at our design gallery. Previous months designs are found under Previous Kits.

12. I need to cancel my membership. How can I do this?
Our billing process is automated due to the volume of memberships we bill each month. If you decide you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, you must contact us prior to the 1st of the month. If you originally signed up for a six month subscription and must cancel after four months we will charge your credit card the difference to the subscription price closest to the month you cancel in. (For example, if you signed up for a 6 month subscription and you cancel after the 4th month. We will charge you the difference between the 6-month subscription price and the 3-month subscription price in addition to a one-month subscription.) So you would end up paying for a 3-month subscription and a single month subscription. Contact us at info@scrapbookmailbox.com for more information. Subscription cancellations that are received after the 1st will be processed for the following month.

Terms and Conditions of Subscription:
All subscriptions are billed on the 2nd of each month. One-month subscriptions are $24.95 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. Three-month subscriptions are charged the discounted rate of $22.95 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. Six-month subscriptions are charged the discounted rate of $20.95 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. Extra shipping charges apply to international subscriptions. Kits are sent for shipment once we receive and process your payment. Subscriptions that are received after the 2nd of each month are shipped 1-3 days thereafter. Once a credit card has been billed and your kit has shipped, we do not accept returned kits.

Substitution Policy:
In the event of a manufacturer's limited quantity, comparable product may be substituted for listed items.
